Client Support Engineer

An ABS vet, Mark joined the team in 2001 as Client Support Engineer. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science and later earned a Master of Science in Education in 1998 from Old Dominion University.

Marc provides stellar support to ABS clients for their servers and workstations, Microsoft and PC-based software, and document imaging. He excels in Microsoft operating systems and software, Microsoft server administration/Active Directory, and PC and document scanner hardware.

If you’ve ever met Mark, you know that he is absolutely the most calm and collected Client Support Engineer on staff. Thankfully, his cool demeanor influences the rest of the Client Support Team during times of chaos!

When Mark isn’t assisting clients for ABS, he enjoys golfing, playing softball, gardening, or playing the piano (poorly, he says. We will be the judge of that!) Otherwise, you can almost always catch him rooting for the New York Mets, Giants, and Rangers. He also enjoys a good laugh now and then compliments of the Marx Brothers, Abbott and Costello, and Jack Benny.
