Aaron is the Client Support Lead Engineer for ABS and joined the family in 2010. He leads the team in providing technical support while monitoring and maintaining the health of our client’s networks. Before making his way to ABS, Aaron graduated from the University of Maryland in 2004 with an Associate in General Studies and then went on to earn an Associate in Computer Information Systems in 2007 from the University of Akron; he finally rounded out his education by earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems in 2008. In 2019, Aaron was promoted to Engineering Lead, where he oversees all Client Support engineers.
Even though Aaron enjoys building relationships with clients, he will tell you he’s an aspiring homesteader. (Technology might be going in the opposite direction, but we get it; we all like to unplug, right?)
