Purpose Driven Organizations

June 4, 2018 Corporate Culture

“Purpose driven organizations outperform non-purpose driven companies on every financial metric and employment metrics as well.” – Jonathan Mildenhall, CMO of Air BnB.

Humanity and creativity are the values that drive Jonathan and his purpose. Interestingly enough, what drives Jonathan isn’t too far off from what drives ABS. In today’s economy, being the competitive landscape that it is, it’s vital that organizations are led by purpose and core values. Those that do, will ultimately thrive. Those that do not, might not be around in 5 years to tell me that I’m wrong.

You can’t simply state that you are a purpose driven organization; it must be lead by none other than purpose driven leaders. Their values and leadership mentality should inherently align with that of the organization. At ABS, I’m proud to say that our leadership team perfectly aligns with our how & why. Furthermore, I’m a firm believer that everyone, at every level of a purpose driven organization needs to talk the talk and walk the walk.

ABS is here to create positive change within organizations through creative technology, to help our clients exceed their potential and to ultimately give back to the communities in which we do business.

Every step we take together, is one step closer to living up to our purpose.
